Rentify acts solely as a platform connecting car owners and renters. We are not party to any rental agreement and assume no liability for disputes between users. All conflicts must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
1. General Terms
By using Rentify's platform, you agree to these terms governing car rentals between owners ("Listers") and renters ("Users").
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 For Renters:
- Must possess valid driving license and meet age requirements
- Agree to return vehicle in same condition (minus normal wear)
- Are solely responsible for traffic violations during rental period
2.2 For Owners:
- Must own or have legal right to list the vehicle
- Ensure vehicle meets all safety and regulatory requirements
- Must disclose any existing damage prior to rental
3. Booking and Payments
- Full payment required at time of booking confirmation
- Cancellation policy varies by lister (clearly stated per listing)
- Security deposits may be required (refundable post-inspection)
4. Dispute Resolution
NO COMPANY INVOLVEMENT: Rentify will not mediate disputes regarding vehicle condition, payment issues, or personal conflicts. Users must resolve matters directly or through legal channels.
- Document vehicle condition with photos before/after rental
- Report accidents to authorities and insurers immediately
- Any fraudulent claims may result in platform ban
5. Prohibited Activities
- Subleasing rented vehicles
- Commercial use without owner's explicit consent
- Smoking or transporting illegal substances
- Cross-border travel without prior agreement
6. Limitation of Liability
Rentify shall not be liable for:
- Any personal injury or property damage
- Mechanical failures during rental period
- Financial losses due to cancelled trips
- Misrepresentations by users

By using our platform, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these terms
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
- You will not hold Rentify liable for user disputes
